Line Move Tonight's Playoff?

Not one that spend a lot of time studying line changes...Just not a fan of it..but in the bigger games particular baseball, I wonder..I made the Phillies using my home grown program -1.03 favorite. Basically a pick em.. Last night that's the same line I saw.. Today the Padres are about -1.20 Fav. Anyone have an idea why..
